Perth Nutrition & Natural Health Clinic offers a range of natural health care services by a Clinical Nutritioniat as detailed on our website and marketing materials. By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under Australian law or other applicable jurisdictions.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. In such cases, we will reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time without any penalty to you.

Deposit, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
DEPOSIT
To secure an appointment at Perth Nutrition & Natural Health Clinic, a deposit of 100% of the consultation fee is required at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer. For services requiring multiple appointments or sessions, payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
CANCELLATION
We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Failure to provide notice of cancellation and not attending the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment.
REFUND
Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made according to the policy above. Refunds for services already rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur administrative fees. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know promptly. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution.
EXCEPTIONS
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of clinic management. Refunds or adjustments for unused portions of prepaid services will be considered based on individual circumstances and with clinic management approval.
